Service Portal Search: Building a simple search source

go to portal> search sources related list

create a 'my incidents' search source



note that by default the search seems to use 'starts with' rather than contains and will be looking for the search word in isolation (so for example if the search is Ruen test then the incident short description (ruentest or test ruen) may not return results but short description ruen test will work




create a 'my requests' search source
