Cross scope privileges
activate the plugin com.glide.scope.access.restricted_caller as per https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-application-development/page/build/applications/task/activate-RCA.html
then go to sys_restricted_caller_access entry "Restricted Caller Access Privileges" (module: Application Restricted Caller Access) and set to permit
you may have to create the record in
sys_restricted_caller_access
sys_scope_privilege
if not auto created as requested
